Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
The cancellation can be done on the software you use. For example, for the Chrome extension, you can go to the popup page of the extension and manage your subscription there.

Changing plans
You can switch between plans (for example, from Premium to Premium Plus, or the other way round) at any time.
When you switch, your current plan ends immediately and the new plan starts right away. You are charged the full price of the new plan on the day you switch. The unused time on your old plan is not refunded and is not credited towards the new plan. There is no proration.
If your old plan has only recently renewed, you may prefer to wait until closer to the end of the billing cycle before switching.
Plans bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow the store’s own rules for plan changes, which we do not control.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 3 days of your most recent payment.
Please note:
- Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Each request is reviewed individually based on the reason you provide, and the final decision is at our sole discretion.
- Refunds are only applicable to the latest payment.
- Requests made after 3 days from the payment date are not eligible.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
